Roland Cuellar

For the past twelve years, Roland Cuellar (kway-are) has focused exclusively on agile software development and lean business process improvement. During that time, he has worked on enterprise agile adoption with clients including Capital One, CNBC, Westinghouse Nuclear Power, Nationwide Insurance, US Citizenship and Immigration, and the US Courts. Roland has worked with a number of start-ups and early-stage ventures to help accelerate delivery. He has spoken at numerous conferences and published articles on agile, portfolio management, quality, and kanban. Roland has an affinity for lean methods and believes that, with willing and open-minded management and team members, we can always discover better ways to deliver.
